A Life Well
Lived ~ Center for Inspired Living is here
to aid each of our guests to define for
themselves what Living Well is for them
individually. With the belief that we are
all spiritual beings having a human
experience there is an emphasis on
connecting to source. However, what that
means to you is completely personal. There
is no one “right” path to wellness, each of
us resonates toward different things. So
what we offer each guest who decides to
visit “A Life Well Lived” is a feeling of
fellowship, providing a safe space to
explore different avenues for personal
transformation & healing, through different
mediums such as Coaching, Massage, Energy
Work, Classes, Support Groups, Prayer
Circles and more. Our philosophy was to
create a loving, supportive community, a
center where all who enter with love are
welcome without judgment. A Life Well Lived
recognizes that we are all connected;
therefore service is a key component to the
center’s mission along with responsible
consumerism. The center donates a portion of
some of its classes & events to Raphael’s
Life House in Elizabeth, NJ and much of the
product is either hand made or fair trade.
PRACTICING
FORGIVENESS DAILY....
When we focus on someone or a situation that has
hurt us, often times we reflect on the words or
actions that caused us pain either emotionally or
physically. It is during these times of reflection
that we have the power to either come from fear or
love in how we regard what has happened to us. We
literally have the power to "change our minds". It
works like this..... when we focus on how someone or
something has "wronged" us ~ we are powerless over
the situation and there for paralyzed in our pain
(this is fear). When you are capable of looking at
the situation with loving eyes, we are empowered to
take personal responsibility for our actions,
lovingly look at the other person and their pain and
finally - forgive both ourselves and them. Both
actions that literally create miracles in the world.
A change in
perspective is as simple as focusing on love rather
than fear. Which will you choose today?
